Inspiration can come from many things and sometimes the most natural are the most beautiful.

Avril brought in a dried tomato top and Wendy projected it onto the screen whilst Rebecca echoed its shape and delicacy through movement.

Sandra kindly shared her art with us, some of her ideas directly influenced from the sessions. Creating her own interpretation of breath and turning her spin art into a garden.
